System Maintenance
We are committed to providing stable, high-quality Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and claims processing services for Highmark trading partners. In order to make enhancements to better serve you, there will be times when Highmark needs to schedule system downtime for maintenance. On occasion, you may also experience unscheduled system outages.
We will keep you updated about system availability here. Information about both scheduled and unscheduled system maintenance is available below, with the most recent events listed first.
Regular system maintenance hours are every weekend from 11:00PM Sat to 4:00AM Sun and are subject to change.
